CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Description of Services

The website www.rglsi.in does not sell any services to members or unit lodges under the administrative control of Regional Grand Lodge of Southern India (RGLSI)

The payment gateway on the website is for the express purpose of collecting dues from members and unit lodges.

Members who are conferred honorary ranks, can pay the rank conferment fee online.

Units who apply for dispensation can pay the dispensation fee online.

Units can alo pay the Half Yearly Dues due to RGLSI online

REFUND

Rank Conferment fees paid by members, are considered as an express consent to their acceptance of the honorary rank. And hence no refund of fees is available.

Dispensation dues are paid subsequent to the approval of the dispensation by the Regional Grand Master / Regional Grand Secretary; and hence no refund of dues is applicable

DUPLICATE PAYMENT

In case of a member or unit have erroneously paid the same bill twice, they shall bring the matter to the immediate notice of the Regional Grand Treasurer at accounts@rglsi.org.in within 3 working days. The same shall, subject to the approval of the Regional Office, either be refunded back to them; or held in credit to be adjusted in subsequent dues.
